If you have any complaints or advice about how to make student experience better, you can contact us through:
1. Submit it by email to the address: director@bit.edu.cn
2. You can also find suggestion boxes in the Room 122 and 123 in Buiding No.14 of Zhong Guan Cun Campus
If you wish to leave an anonymous suggestion, please do not indicate any identifying personal information. If you want to receive direct response, please attach contact details.
Your suggestions will be dealt confidentially with responses.
