2025年北京理工大学国际学生本科生学业水平测试考生须知
一、模拟日期与时间
为熟悉系统、测试设备网络，将提供两种模拟(时间皆为北京时间）：
1. 自由模拟：3月 25日-- 3 月 28 日开放，可于任意时间登录，无身份、环境检查；
2. 集中模拟：3 月 27 日 19:00 开放，20:00 开考，考前有模拟身份和环境核验。
期间如遇技术问题，可通过 ZOOM 寻求技术帮助

二、 正式考试日期与时间
考试日期：2025年3月29日
文商科考试时间（北京时间）：
1. 汉语/英语：14:30—15:30（主观题键盘作答）
2. 数学：16:00—17:00（填空题:键盘作答或拍照上传，大题:拍照上传）
理工科考试时间（北京时间）：
1. 汉语/英语：14:30—15:30（主观题键盘作答）
2. 数学：16:00—17:00（填空题键盘或者图片作答，大题图片作答）
3. 物理：17:00-18:00
三、 考前准备
1. 考试大纲请参考https://isc.bit.edu.cn/resourcesoffices/resources/download/index.htm
2. 准备配备摄像头的台式机或笔记本电脑
l Windows10/11或Windows7spk1及以上64位正版操作系统，不建议使用 Mac 电脑；
l 屏幕分辨率1366*768以上，内存4G以上，安装客户端的分区硬盘可用空间不小于1GB（不建议安装在C盘）；
l 配备摄像头，配备扬声器和麦克风，或者有线耳机及键盘（禁止使用无线蓝牙的耳机及键盘），将用于与监考联系通话；
3. 下载运行考试客户端（Exam Client）（建议使用 Google Chrome 浏览器下载）https://hskplus.chinesetest.cn/downloadksd/bitclient.html
使用申请编号、密码登录后选择科目；
密码为考生生日信息，格式为：YYYYMMDD
4. 准备带有摄像头的手机/平板下载Proctor Assistant APP，用于辅助监考
在线考场于考前 1 个小时开启，使用申请编号、密码登录 ExamClient
与各科目对应考场,密码为考生生日信息，格式为：YYYYMMDD

检查身份、环境后，将手机/平板电脑放在考试座位左后方或右后方1 米位置（如下图），满足监考老师能看到电脑屏幕和考生本人， 请保证头部、手部、电脑屏幕及桌面清晰出现在画面中;
l 请将手机或平板电脑开启“飞行模式”后连接 WiFi，避免来电干扰。
l 设备全程静音，且有充足电源保证整个考试过程不关机
5. 上下行对称带宽≥20M、考试系统连接网速需达到 150KB/s 及以上。考试当天建议关闭与考试无关软件，使用直连网络进入考试。
6. 草稿纸：每个科目准备不多于 2 张白纸，A4 幅面，双面空白，考后离场前撕碎销毁。
四、 正式考试流程
1. 请按要求准备好考试环境、设备、网络、白纸和笔。启动电脑、关闭杀毒软件和其它无关程序，关闭蓝牙，最晚请于考前1 小 时 运行考试客户端（Examclient），通过设备、网络检测后，输入申请编号、 密码进入考试。
2. 手机/平板静音（开启飞行模式后连接WiFi），运行Proctor Assistant App, 按监考人员引导检查身份、环境后，放在侧后方 1 米位置。
3. 阅读考试须知，等候考试开始。
4. 考试结束时，等待监考人员确认作答回收情况后方可退出。
5. 销毁作答及草稿纸，离场，退出考试客户端、Proctor Assistant App。
五、 考试纪律
1. 本次考试为线上闭卷考试。考试日当天，考生本人须独立安全、封闭、明亮且无干扰的房间中独立进行，考试过程中，房间内不得有其他任何人员出入， 不得出现任何与考试无关物品。
2. 考试期间，电脑、键盘等考试用品须全程放置在桌面上，考生不得使用计算器、智能手表等电子设备。禁止抄写、拍照、记录试题。
3. 为保证考试安全，考试期间监考人员将全程通过考试系统进行远程视频监 考，系统通过作答电脑摄像头进行非固定抓拍和人脸识别身份核验，为保证识别顺利，考生本人全程须保持正面位于电脑摄像头范围内，全程无遮挡，
否则系统将判定异常、冻结考试。
4. 考试过程中，监考人员如发现考生有任何与考试无关的异常行为、手势、通话等，将随时通过考试系统提出警告、暂停考试。
5. 考试日当天，因非考试主办方原因没有参加或者完成考试的，结果由考生本人承担，考试主办方不予补时补考。
6. 考试主办方将保留对考生违纪行为进行考后追责的权利。
7. 由于个人原因无法按时考试的，开考后 30 分钟还未到场的，不予考试。

Notice of 2025 BIT Undergraduate Academic Proficiency Test for International Students
1. Simulation Test Date and Time
Two kinds of simulation tests will be provided for learning the system and device testing (All time mentioned below is in Beijing time):
(1) Mock test: Open from 25th—28th March， logging in is permitted anytime, no identity nor environment checking ；(Choose one day to complete the simulation by yourself)
(2) Simulation test: Open at 19:00 on March 27th, and the simulation test will begin at 20:00, with simulated identity and environment checking before test begins. (Attendance is must)
The results of the Simulation Test will not be included in the final grade. Technical support will be available on ZOOM during the exam.

Exam Timetable (Beijing Time) for Liberal Arts & Business disciplines:
(1) Chinese/English: 14:30— 15:30 (Subjective questions are answered with keyboard inputting)
(2) Mathematics: 16:00— 17:00 (Answer‘Fill-in-the-blank ’ questions through keyboard inputting or taking pictures and uploading, short answer questions through taking pictures and uploading)
Exam Timetable (Beijing Time) for Engineering & Science disciplines:
(1) Chinese/English: 14:30— 15:30 (subjective questions are answered with keyboard inputting)
(2) Mathematics: 16:00— 17:00 (One hour for each subject, no cross-subject answering. Answer ‘Fill-in-the-blank ’questions through keyboard in putting or pictures uploading, short answer questions through taking pictures and uploading.
(3) Physics: 17:00— 18:00
3. Preparation for Examination
(1) Please check the Examination Syllabus at https://isc.bit.edu.cn/resourcesoffices/resources/download/index.htm
(2) A camera-equipped computer or laptop
Windows 10/11 or Windows 7 spk1 or above 64-bit licensed operating system,
Attention: ExamClient cannot be used under MacOS system.;
Screen resolution: 1366*768 or above. The memory is at least 4 GB, and the available disk space of the client is not less than 1GB (it is not recommended to install the client on drive C).
Speakers and microphones, or a wired headset (No wireless headsets or wireless keyboards are allowed), which will be used for communication with the invigilator.
(3) Download and operate ExamClient on PC
(Download link https://hskplus.chinesetest.cn/downloadksd/bitclient.html ) ，
Enter the BIT application number to download and unzip the entire ZIP file.
To run a client, shut down the antivirus software and uninstall 360 and Lenovo Manager security protection software before decompressing. Right- click [ksClientWeb. exe] in the decompressed folder to run the client as an administrator.
Shut down other software, switching off antivirus software before taking the test.
You are advised to decompress the client to drive D or drive E.
(4) A mobile phone/Pad with camera and download the Proctor Assistant APP

For iPhone: Search and download Proctor Assistant (directly from the app Store), or download via https://hskplus.chinesetest.cn/download/app/apps.html which is used to assist invigilation.
(5) Online examination room will open within 1 hour before Examinations commence, Login to ExamClient on your computer and Proctor Assistant APP on your phone/tablet. Corresponding examination room with each subject.
Username is your BIT Application Number and Password is Date of Birth of candidates in YYYYMMDD.

Check your identity and environment according to the guidance of invigilators, place the mobile phone/Pad 1 meter side and rear, so that the invigilator will be able to see the computer screen and desktop, with head and hands ofthe candidate clearly.
Mute your mobile phone/Pad, turn the flight mode on and then connect to WiFi to avoid any interruption.
(6) Upstream and downstream symmetric bandwidth≥20M. Internet connection speed to ExamClient should≥150KB/s. Please close all other non-exam related applications during the exam and use the direct network connection to access the exam.
(7) Draft paper: no more than 2 pieces of white paper for each subject, A4 size, double-sided blank, torn up and destroyed before leaving after the exam.
4. Examination Procedure
(1) Make sure the test environment, equipment, network condition, scratch paper and pens are qualified for exam. Turn on the computer, close the anti-virus software and other irrelevant programs, run the ExamClient no later than one hour before the Exam. After passing the device and network detection, enter your application number and password to enter the exam.
(2) Mute your mobile phone/Pad (the phone should be in flight mode then connect to WiFi), run the Proctor Assistant APP, check your identity and environment according to the guidance of invigilators, and place it 1 meter behind your rear side.
(3) Read the exam disciplines and wait until exams commence.
(4) When candidates finish the exam, do not quit any APP until invigilators confirm your submitting status.
(5) After your submitting status is confirmed, tear up all scratch paper, leave the exam room by quitting the Proctor Assistant.
5. Exam Discipline
(1) The exam is online closed book exam. On the day of the examination, the examinee shall conduct the examination independently in a safe, closed, bright and undisturbed room. During the examination, no other personnel shall enter or leave the room, and no objects irrelevant to the examination shall appear.
(2) Computer/laptop, keyboard, mouse and other test-relevant articles should be put
ON the table. No calculators, smart watches or other smart electronic devices are allowed. Copying, taking photos and recording questions are prohibited.
(3) In order to ensure the security and validity of the Exam, invigilation will be conducted via online video conferences throughout the Exam period, and via random capture and face recognition identity verification with computer camera.
Please keep your shoulders and above shown in the camera range without any hiding throughout the exam, otherwise the system would detect the abnormality and freeze the examination.
(4) During the exam, the invigilator will warn the candidate through the exam system if he/she has any abnormal behavior, gestures, or calls that are not related to the test.
(5) Candidates who fail to take or complete the exam due to personal reasons shall be responsible for the consequences by themselves. No extra time will be provided.
(6) The examination organizer reserves the right to pursue the accountability of violations of candidates after the exam.
(7) Those who are unable to take the test on time due to personal reasons or fail to arrive within 30 minutes after the test starts will not take the test.
