Who need to take physical examination?
Applicants who plan to study in China for 1 year or above should take physical examination before entering China. The original form of Foreigner Physical Examination Form is required for application of X-visa and for application of foreigner Residence Permits after entering China.
This Foreigner Physical Examination Form should be filled in English. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants is invalid.
When should you take your Physical Examination.
Please take a physical examination only after receiving the Admission Notice and Visa Application Form (JW201 or JW202). The medical examination results will be valid for 6 months.
